Default vss help

Ok so ive got a 89 ef si with a gsr and the speed sensor that came with the tranny has
two lines for oil or something, while my si has nothing, which one should I be using,

And yes I am using my stock speedometer, cable driver which both of the sensor's are
cable driven.

And what are those oil lines for?

what is the purpose of that? is it supposed to keep the gears lubbed up?
should I put some gear oil or engine oil in there before hand and do I want
to loop them or just plug them up?

i think one side is for the power steering pump and the other is for the power steering rack. so one is in and the other is out. just hook them up together with power steering fluid inside
