Default damn it tranny back in now this, help could it be slave or master cylinder???

Ok guys i start from the beginning.. I took at kid for a test drive who wanted to buy it after leaving from the meeting spot i noticed my clutch pedal was mooshy feeling till about halfway down.. The feeling went away..

Next time i drive it, i go up the interstate about 30 minutes to look at a teggy fs and the clutch starting feeling weird when i go to come home i get stuck in rush hour traffic.. The clutch then starts engaging right off of the floor i pulled off to check it out my fluid level looked decent might have needed alittle.. I really fought hard to get it back into gear would'nt go into any gear finally forced it into 1st and the car was moving forward has i was trying to force it into gear.. I finally got it going in 3rd and rode the shoulder all the way home pissing off everybody then hit the backroads ran stops signs and made it home.. I tried and tried bleeding everything i did notice the line coming off the resiover was leaking alil so i took it off and put on a regular fuel line till i can get a new 1 from honda no biggie, same results..

Pulled the tranny last weekend thinking a clutch spring would be broken it look decent.. But the shift fork that hooks to the throwout bearing was bent and was cracked it was crazy never saw it before..

I had my b16 guts removed and installed GSR internals with a new LSD and had a new fork reinforced with steel welded on the sides because of the stage 4 pressure plate being tough.. Reinstalled tranny and clutch pedal felt good went to bleed the lines everything went away and we could never get it back..

We bled it by pumping it 5-8 times holding it down, cracking the valve then repeating.. The pedal won't pick back so we even did it by hand it don't feel like crap up top..

I don't really have any fluid by the clutch pedal on the carpet or anything but it is greasy but not like fluid.. The slave is'nt leaking but did at 1 point before pulling the tranny get stuck open but we pressed it back..

I started the car today and it still the same problem won't go into a gear will just grind if you try to put it into gear but boy the tranny feels butter with the car off can't wait to drive it with a LSD..

WHat does it sound like to you guys??

what could it be if its not the slave or master cylinder??..

Its just weird the fork was bent and cracked up, the hose was leaking slightly under the reseivor, i thought for sure that was the problem but obviously not..
