"This is A honda 1.6 B series V-tec head that I totally redid.I Raised the ports up untill the cutter went into the spring pockets.And straightened them out.I spun out tubes and pushed them into the new holes and welded and epoxied everything in.But when I was flowing it.I got this super loud whistle also.To find out which one it was, I just put my finger in the port slow untill it quit.Anyway I found out that when the 2 valves flowed the same it quit.
This head flowed 296 with .500 @28"

Thats a very interesting setup you have there. Tell us how it runs. Is your intake ports this radical?
