Default K20R Dyno results

Stock K20r compression/cams
Hytech Header
3" Exhaust
Hytech IM
70mm Throttle Body
Velocity Stack Intake
Kpro

Car made great power for stock cams, the customer plans on coming back with a set of cams to see how much we can make on a stock compression k20 before building a k20/k24.

227whp 166 tq

Good work as usual, Morgan.

I'll be calling you soon to discuss when I can bring my car in for disassembly so I can order my HeadGames head.

We pulled it to 8800 and it didn't make anymore power, just flattended out.

We ran out of time on the dyno with this session (between getting late and overheating the dyno ), so some more time playing with cam angles and ignition timing may have resulted in holding the tq longer.

i have a question regarding dynapacks.. do you notice that most motors tend to overheat after you've been tuning partial throttle for a while?

No, we overheated the dyno, not the motor, hahahah.

Isn't it hilarious?

We have 220 HP on reliable, long live'd OEM Honda internals....

And we just cannot stop ourselves from fooling with it.

Just being the devil's advocate, but they did that on factory pistons11.5:1 c/r. You think that is enough compression for a B20 to make that kind of power? (Please say yes, because that is what my C/R is in my B20V, and I have no dyno in Alaska to ballpark my numbers, lol) I hope I'm wrong about this point.

Guys, this is a no brainer. look how good the k20 head flows compared to b-series. compression is not the power maker here. With the k20r cams and good bolts ons it makes great torque and high hp numbers with ease.
