This happened on my 87 iuntegra but I didnt know if it was supose to happen on this one.

Because his parents are pissed and no matter what they dont seem to beleieve me. so they are pissed.

So it flucuates while cold or only start up? Might be the FITV. Heres how to clean it:

Well we got it yesterday, And we had never seen it cold.

We brought it home, This morning started it and it did that for about 7 min. and then idle went to normal.

And another thing, Is has no rpm gauge.
I found this to be odd. As in stock it came with no rpm gauge,
I had never seen this before on a manual car. Its just
MPH, Fuel, Temp. thats it,

Ill be making a post about the car for my friend later on. so pics will be included.

That's actually pretty normal. Lots of Hondas came without tachometers.

Yeah, So I should clean the FITV and this problem will be fixed?

On my old 87 integra I didnt clean it but I did lower the idle by screweing the fitv in.

But his parents really are not happy about this warming up idle.
I said its normal when cold on earlier hondas,

But they dont understand.
