75.5mm head gasket

will that fit onto my D16Y8? i know that the bore is 75mm but was wondering if .5mm is that big of a difference.

no its not... you can use a 75.5 gasket on a 75 motor.. i have to use a 85 on my 84.5 bseries... but you can;t (well shouldnt) use a 75.5 on a 76mm bore..

.5mm is .020in..
