stick tweeters in 92-96 prelude, if so, what kind?
I was wondering if the 92-96 preludes had stock tweeters behind the pieces to the right and left of the gauges (everyone should know what im talking about). If so, what kind of tweeters did they have? or is it just a spot FOR tweeters? or I'm losing my mind..
Anyone put tweeters there before?

I put the Infinity Reference 6010cs component set in my perlude thier crisp, handle 100 watts, and were to easy to install. I think you can buy just the tweeter but I wouldnt do so without a some sort of bass blocker or crossover. The compontent set came with it own crossover. Beware, tweeters will blow really easy if your not careful with stoppin the low freq's. Heres a link from Crutchfild http://www.crutchfield.com/S-E...010CS .

i put a 1" tweet in there, and it improved the sound drastically. it raised the sound level, and its very easy to install. you do need a bass blocker, or a cross over or something. but, it is a good addition to any stereo. im very pleased with it.
See if you can find some OEM tweets on the cheap as they are decent, should fit easily, and also have the x-over already on them.
If you are really interested in buying something then buy at least 50wx2rms and some component speakers with x-overs.
