Default Clutch trouble

Hi, I drive a 00 civic, and on the cold winter mornings here in Minnesota, my clutch pedal seems to be "gooey". If I push down on the pedal, its really stiff and sticky feeling, and feels like theres syrup in the lines, and when I let my foot off to release it (no foot on the pedal at all) it takes a good five seconds to come up. Its really slow and makes driving horrible. Now, if I got out and pump the clutch pedal while the car is running, it goes away anywhere between 5 and 10 minutes. There is also a squeak that is there constantly with the clutch, but I dont know if that has anything to do with the sticky problem. Note that this only happens when its below 30 degrees outside. Any ideas what could be causing this?

hmmm...i wouldn't know much about whether below 30, since where i live is usually about 70 (no offense). but just a thought, the fluid is probably freezing. this is why it feels like syrup. how long do you let the car warm up in the morning before taking it to drive?

also, the squeeky noise is normal. mine does this noise as well, only when the car is cold.

I usually let the car warm up a good 10 minutes, before I go to school.
