Default K20Z cam question

So I've been searching and all I've found is info on the IPS and Toda cams. I was just wondering if anyone knew the difference between the K20Z1 cams and K20Z3 cams. Are the Z1's better and compatible with the Z3 motor?
Also, does anyone know the difference in the stamped #'s on the cams. I saw some for-sale but I can't find any info on what cam's have what numbers on them. From the pictures they had, they all seemed to start with R. I believe they were R8/R9 and R5/R6.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
