Default need help routing the cold air idle control?

Alright whats up guys check this out. I just finished my rhd not to long ago and put a b20vtec in my car. well that engine blew up so i was like expletive. anyways so I put new rings in my ls vtec and put my old smokey engine back in which isnt smoky anymore haha.

anyways so heres my problem. I got everything conected all wires are connected right. now my idle control when my car is cold is not working because it is reving it up to 3 then droping it to 1k rpm back and foward. once the car heats up it doesnt do it anymore. Now i cant remeber how the coolant lines were connected before so i just bypassed it for now until one of you guys knows how it goes.

heres a picture to show you what im looking at:

Ok so heres how its connected for know cause i wanted to see if it ran but if anyone knows the right way please help. The bottom circle is connected how its shown from there to the head. then from the throttle body it leaves out the other side which is the circle above that and goes down to the block by the oil filter. Now the 2 top circles are not connected to anything but I cant figure out what to connect there. Please help

anyone know how to correctly connect all those hoses. i dont understand why it idles like that when its cold but when its warm its fine.

any help would really be appreciated.

i dono if this could be a problem buttt.. i have a obd2 type r ecu and im almost positive that that is a obd1 type r intake manifold.. is the ecu not even seeing a fitv valve or what. anyways though what is the correct way to route those lines? its like its a huge vacum leak when its cold.
