just installed new speakers from shop, but...
i got infinity kappa component front and infinity kappa rear speakers installed in my integra from the shop, hooked up to the ADS 6 channel amp and Eclipse 8051 hu. when i tested it out, listening in the car, the sound was loud as hell, but it was strange the right speakers seems louder than the left unless i have hearing problem which i highly doubt. how can i check and see if both side speakers are sound equal. isn't there any device which can measure, or should i take it back to the shop?
Well, first, check the balance on the headunit. If everything checks out there, then sit on the other side of the car...does the left side get louder? If so, it may just be a function of the vehicle.
Also, depending how it was setup, the gains may be off on the amp.
To check it out further...listen to it with it faded up front, and see what you get. The rears my be pulling everything to one side. Also check all crossover connections on the tweeters to see that they are set identical for a right to left bias. While you are there, you may want to pop your drivers in the front stage in an out of phase one at a time to see if you get some better sound. Its rare that any car sounds best with all drivers wired up as written in the instruction manual.

It depends on how they hooked it up.
a/d/s/ makes an outsanding product. I am using a P650 and a PQ40 in my brother's system, and they are great amps.
Take it back to where you bought it, and have them look at it. The crossover and signal redirection capabilities of that amp can make your head spin, so I wouldn't dive into it unless you know what you are doing.
I still get that amp (p650) wrong, and I've tuned it 3-4 times.

Sorry, but I don't have any experience, nor have I heard of the ph15. Must be an older model...is it all black with tall aluminum heat sinks that run the full length of the amp? If so, that would be indicative of thier older models...still great amps.
