yes it will fit, it does not have the benefits of the cast aluminum an adding rigidity, but it should bolt up. the h22, h23 and f22 all share the same oil pan outline.

DOH!!!!!! I kinda need to kow this. Ill be haven the turbo drain line welded. dont want to waste money on something i cant use.

The pan fits and works. You will have to use a 4th gen oil pan gasket. The 4th gen oil pan also does not have the holes for the flywheel cover. I believe you can still use the cover though and use 2 bolts going to the tranny and block.

Probably not... the 4th gen pan has bumps. So if you used HondaBond you would have to cake the **** on beyond belief.

to use a alluminum oil pan on a a pre 1997 motor you need to use the windage tray as well from a 97+ or it won't fit

On majestichondaparts... it indicates the oil-pan part # (93755) is the same for all ludes (S, Si, VTEC) from '92-'93.
And the oil-pan part # (109843) for all lude models from '94-'96 are the same.

Can anyone confirm this??
