which one is better quaife or kaaz lsd??? and is 600 a good price for a kaaz lsd??? lmk thanks

 

i would have to go with kaaz...don't know a lot of people that have tried quaife. considering the retail is around 900...yeah that's a good deal, but which one are you looking at?

kazz recquires special gear oil and many people have axle fitment problems (popping out)

 

I use Kaaz. 3 way adjustable for lock up, 1.5 way instead of 1 way like the Quaife and can be converted to 2 way later on if you want.

You are talking about two different types of LSDs

Quaife is mechanical (all gears - low maintenance)

Kaaz utilize clutch plates (requires more maintenance)

Both have their strengths and weaknesses. If it's a daily driver - I would stick with stock.

 

LSD is bad. I suggest PCP or maybe coke...

If this is a case of "I think I'll need this in the future" or "JDM is dooope, y0!" then disregard my previous statement.

Now you are following me and plan on ruining good threads as well? Maybe you just dont understand... See LSD stands for limited Slip Differential. It is also a type of drug. LSD the drug, or more commonly refered to as "acid" stands for lysergic acid diethylamide. It has detrimental effects on your brain as it can and usually does create a chemical inbalance.

PCP or its given street name Angel Dust stands for Phencyclidine. While both are indeed drugs and illegal, PCP is far less dangerous to the rest of society. 9 times out of 10 the PCP user tries to "fly" out a window, hence the term Angel Dust, and then plumits to his death. Those who OD(the abreviation for overdose) on LSD tend to become physically violent and hurt those around.

Now that I have educated you on drugs, do you understand the joke? Or is it still over your head? Maybe you havent gotten that far in health class yet.

 

A buddy of mine installed a KAAZ LSD on his B18C1 with a Jackson Racing Supercharger. It didn't even last what the manufacturer claim.

all depends on what you're using it for...i agree with the other guys, what's wrong with the stock ITR LSD??? quaife does require less maintanence...

 

the poster may be peg legged so why put in a ITR LSD when you could install a quaife? not that the ITR lsd is bad, but the jond clan will shot you if you install one in something other than an R cause it would obviously be a stolen part.

im not an R owner... i did have a JDM ITR tranny but sold it... im looking to put one in a gsr tranny... but didnt know where to ask which one to get... i just posted here cause where else to ask then the ITR form... but im leaning towards the quaife lsd... anyone have any probs with the quaife lsd??? thanks guys
