i cant get my shiftknob to go back on straight, it is always about half a rotation off, anybody have this problem, i have tried positioning the nut a different places and stuff but i cant get it to go on straight, any suggestions?

 

try turning it..........let me know if that fixs it.

 

you have to turn the nut with a 14mm wrench while you hold the **** in place. Actaully need to turn it past where you want it cause the wrech and nut will turn it slightly

 

dang, Jared... had too much to drink last night?

yup, the lug needs to be held while the **** is tightened down.
