Will someone make me a 3.5 or 4 inch exhaust?

Will someone make me a 3.5 or 4 inch exhaust?
I wanted to know if any of you fab. guys would make me a 3.5 inch or an 4 inch exhaust for a 93 civic hatch. I will have the downpipe connected with a v-band clamp. I was thinking of running a 3.5 inch with a burns stainless muffler and with a cut out too...They don't make electric cut outs in 4 inch do they? I know jegs has a 3.5 but not a 4. Wanted to know if anyone can fab that up or not. Thanks and please let me know!!!
