I'm Building a b17 block with over sized p73's the machine shop bored out the the cylinders to the pistons. I checked the end gap of the rings in the bore and three of them are +.003 past the service limit one is under the the service limit. Is it possible that i got the wrong size piston rings? any opinions
The reason i posted this here was i intended to build this strictly as an N/A engine but the end gap is more then i would expect on a non turbo motor.

The machine shop most likely bored out your cylinders too much.

thats what i was thinking but the clearance is pretty tight on the pistons (when placed with in a cylinder).
