MINT Si Wheels w/ tires Delaware

These wheels are in MINT condition. They have almost NEW tires on them (185/65/15) There is not ONE scratch, ding, nick or chip on them.
The tires have 99% tread on them. You can see in the tire picture that there are still little nubs left ON the tread.
Im looking to get 400. I dont want to ship these.
