Yes, you do need to change out your hubs to Si/DX hubs in order to use B-series axles. If you use the search function, all of your questions will be answered as this topic has been covered thousands of times.
If your car is a CRX HF or Civic Std (4 speed) you will need Knuckle and hubs from any other model Civic or CRX except the 90-91 Civic EX. If you want to use knuckle and hubs from the 90-91 EX, you will also need the calipers, rotors and brake lines. The EX has larger brakes.

Is the tranny cable or hydraulic?
Mounts :Hasport EFB1 for cable or EFB2 hydraulic.
If you want to run an OBD1 ECU (preferred for tuning / running chipped ECU) , you'll need an OBD0 to OBD1 ECU conversion harness. You can modify your existing one, or buy a sweet one from RYWIRE.COM here :

You also need the 90-93 Integra tranny or "T" bracket.
Shortened Integra shift linkage or Hasport/Avid EF B series linkage.
