dist. noise
when you rev the motor by the throttle bracket, you can hear a squeek from the dist.
the dist was replaced at like 30,000 miles back in like 94, it has 160,000 on it now, possibly the rottor or something?

I'ma go out on a limb here and say you didn't try another dizzy to see if it made the same noise, right?

no, kinda hard to get one at 11 PM at night 
and its not a normal sound, or i wouldnt made the post, also the car seems to by a bit hesitant at low RPM, which makes me think something in the dist, is going out. already replaced wires, and also plugs.

Well wait until tomorrow then - slap on another dizzy, and see if it pulls the same crap. Takes what....6 minutes?
