b16a into my ef plz HELP

i have everything for the swap.
i have a problem tho. I ordered these mounts off ebay and i do not knoe where the one on the left goes. For those of you that have done a b16a into their ef's i need some advice about the mounts. actually i need all the info about the mounts and how it goes.
I am planning to use a hydro tranny (not cable)

thats the back motor mount goes next to the firewall.

What about the cablel to hydro conversion kit you will need that.

why is this one different from the one posted on top
