Default CYP when swaping in a obd1 motor?

I have a 90 Civic dx. I swaped a JDM B15B Vtec...I then converted to Obd1...the only code I get is 9 CYP.

The car obviously didn't have those wires so I need to know what to do!
(I ran wires for injectors and Vtec no problem)

- Do you shield two wires and if so where do you ground them?
