When you say 2000 Civic, is this a sohc or an Si?
Now, this is strictly my opinion here so read if you want to. I think the Comptech exhaust is a VERY nice piece, and expensive. I would personally save that type of exhaust for a motor with a bit more performance. I don't want to turn this into a D vs B vs K kind of debate, but I think you should look @ a cheaper exhaust if you're rocking a mild sohc build. You can get something that performs just as well, for a fraction of the price. Now that I think about it, did Comptech ever PRODUCE an exhaust for a SOHC Civic? I thought it was just for the Si, and the DC chassis, and so forth. I could be wrong though, but I don't know many people that are willing to drop $600ish on an exhaust for a Civic EX.
Ultimately, it would be up to you. So if you want to spend big bucks on a part that will basically yeild you no power or torque, then be my guest. Did you try modacar.com? I'm not sure if they have it, but they used to. Good luck to you, and I hope you don't take my post to be offensive, because that is not how I meant it.

I have a dohc vtec swap in my 2000 Civic. So i'm sure the Comptech exhaust would be a great compliment for what I'm looking for. Just need help finding one thats all. & No you're post was not offensive at all and Comptech does make an Catback exhaust system for the 99-00 SI.

Awesome, I'm glad you took things the way I meant them. And yeah, I knew they made an exhaust for the 99-00 Si, I was questioning if they made one for the sohc civics such as a 99 DX for example.
But I agree that the exhaust would work nicely with your B series motor. If its in a coupe, you should not have a problem finding the exhaust since the one from a 99-00 B16 Si would work fine. But if its in a hatch...that may be a problem.
Either way...good luck man, and I'll look around for you online and see if I find anywhere that has them in stock.
Did you check http://www.modacar.com? Also, check out http://www.team-integra.net and search Comptech Exhaust because alot of those guys over there LOVE that exhaust, and surely there's alot of posts regarding where they purchased thiers from.
