Default eg with k20 details

i just bought a k20 swap for really cheap but i have no idea what to use for shift linkage so can anybody tell me what kind of shift linkage to use ohh and also is it true that i have to change to a different fuel pump and if i do what kind

I suggest you get on http://www.k20a.org and read......
I believe you use the 02-03 RSX cables w/ the karcepts shifter. I'm not sure about the fuel pump. You'll need to remove the tranny mount on the pass. side as well. There are about $2,500 worth of parts needed to get the swap running smoothly. Good luck!!

BTW &gt; How cheap did you get the swap?

Also, what part of GA are you in? I'm just south of ATL and also doing a K20a2 swap into EG

One of my stupider friends was going to buy a K20A3 bare shortblock for $80 ... only problems were:

A) it was bare
B) he has no place to work on it
C) he has no knowledge of how to work on it

and the kicker

D) it had two spun rods and cylinder scoring.

well for all of ya that r sayin that i just jump in to it well i know that ya would have too if u would have got the engine tranny wire harness ecu for 800 bucks of my friends wrecked car
