Hi, I'm new here, and i have a quick question to ask. I have a 92 Hatch w/ a USDM B18c1 Engine in it. I am looking around to buy a turbo kit for it, but i don't want to have large amounts of turbo lag (i.e. doesn't spool until 4.5k). I saw that the drag kit has a t3/04e Turbo on it, and thats quite big. I don't plan on running more than 6-8 psi on it, so i don't need a big turbo. I was looking at the greddy kits w/ the 18g turbo, but not for a hybrid. Please help me find a kit i'm looking for, that will have not a lot of lag! Thanx alot guys!!

Lag w/ the DRAG kit isn't really that bad....you can always get the kit w/ a To4B.

also the Greddy kit has a smaller turbo, if that's what you really want

 

Where do u think i'll be boosting at using hte drag kit w/ the t3/04? and where else with the To4B?

and really 3500 isnt ****. take it to redline and you'll be well above that number in next gear. drag kit

My first turbo on my b18c1 was a t4/3 with a .48 exhaust and a 50 compressor. I would have full boost (7psi) at 2900-3100. I would suggest a .63 exhaust with a 50 compressor for a stock motor. I not have a 60-1 and I don't get full boost till 4300.
