Default 05 ex engine noise

I just recently bought am 05 ex coupe, and just noticed a noise. It's an automatic, and when I'm stopped at a light and it's in drive, its occasionally will make a noise. When I put the car in neutral or park the noise goes away. It seems to make the noise when I'm stopped in drive or reverse. Hopefully this is nothing major. Thanks!

I really dont think that could be any more nondescript.
Care to elaborate on the "noise"?

It's more like a vibration, like something is rattling. Noticeable when the radio is low.

Well it turns out that the hood wasnt closing all the way. We tightened a couple of areas under the hood and so far the rattle has gone away.

the more and more i drive me ex the more im hearing more little tiny noises that bother me. Theres this one little rattling squal that i hear now when I hold the clutch in the engage point, or beyond, opposed to it being let out. I was hearing some rattling in my engine as well when I was in reverse the other day.

Just sounds like your release bearing is dry, it's not uncommon, mine squeaks from time to time and both my previous Civics did too.

I just got back from getting a hair cut, and I can only hear this noise when the engines off, but when the clutch is all the way out, and i lightly very lightly push it in, it makes this kind of rattling popping noise, kinda like steel marbles hitting sheet metal kinda sound.
