Any ideas on how to replace a dented rear quarter panel?

Remove all spot welds, remove 1'4, measure out for the splice on the c piller, prep metal for welds, drill holes for new spot welds, line up panel, double check fitment, put seam sealer in needed places, weld on.
Scuff with 320, seal, paint, clear, DONE.
I think you should take this in.
Any damage can be fixed just sometimes its faster to swap panels.
