hi guys...i bought some kyb agx shocks for my crx and now i have to look for the springs ill use....someone is selling some orange tanabe lowering springs for a good price but i read up on them and they only give a 1.5 inch drop.....if i was to cut those aftermarket springs for a better drop would they ride like crap?

 

If your wanting some tanabe's. Get the super low downs, but dont cut the springs. I tried that with some Tein S.techs and rode like ****, and bounced like hell! But if your wanting to be cheap, cut the factory springs. ( dont advise it, but its alot better than cutting tanabes.)

 

na then ill just look for different springs dat come with a bigger drop...the only good name brand lowering spring that gives a better drop 2.5 inch are the k sport lowering springs so i might look into those..

 

my buddy have them on a crx with 205/50/15 series tires and it had no gap either, rode really nice as hell

oh ok....but theres 3 different types so he could of had the super low down which do give a 2.5 inch drop but the ones this kid has for sale are the gf 210 which only give 1.5 inch drop....
