Default I have a very important question

I just financed my 03 EM2 a few months ago, I have made 3 payments on it. My brother is needing to sell his s2000, I want to take over payments on it. What are my options, How do I get rid of the EM2 and take over payments on my brothers car without losing any or little money?

you need to get someone to take over your payments on the civic. and u need to TRY and get financed on the s2000. if u care about your credit i wouldnt do it. i have the same prob. except on a nsx. i know a guy selling one and i want it but i have my gay car to pay for first...

that or..

sell your civic and then what ever the diffrence is.

so lets say

you owe 10k on your civic still

and the diffrent between the 10k and the what ever price lets say ffor the s2000 is 4k

you would have to pay 14k instead of 10k back.

and for ever 1k their is 20$ added to your monthly bill.

well usually the person who is buying your car gets a loan fro mtheir bank with the amount that you are selling, and then you transfer the payments and you put how ever much you got for your car down on the car that you are buying.

but you will still owe the bank what ever amount that you started with plus the diffrence of the two cars.

no. if u stop paying for that car. u dont have to add it on to any other car u buy. if the person that wants to buy your car goes to your bank and applies for a loan on YOUR car with YOU. being ur the legal REGISTered owner... then the bank either denies it or gives the aproval. if they give an aproval, the bank then changes the loan to the person buying it. u now have a clean record....

atleast thats how it happened to me.
