Default cheap but good halogens

Im trying to help my mom here she isnt happy with the light output of the low beams in her camry and the guy at advance told her to get new bulbs because bulbs tend to lose their "strength" i quote his words but she said the silverstars are too expensive...
therefore im posting here to see what you guys recommend that is worthy
BTW the camry uses 9006

phillips vision plus. or the sylvania extra vision. both have redesigned filament positioning to actually put more light on the road. should be $20 or less for a pair and avail locally at one of your parts shops.

I would just go with the silverstars. They are only about 40$ at autozone and they are well worth it. They were a huge improvement over stock when I had them before my HIDs.
