Default wheel bearing question.

i have a 97 and i have been hearing a weird sound and shake from my passenger side front wheel. i know its the bearing. this is probably a stupid question anyways but im still gonna ask to be on the safe side. what i want to know is if my bearing is bad is there a chance for my wheel to come off while driving? im probbably going to change it in a month and a half after getting all the parts for my rotor over hub with 11.2 rotors upgrade. please let me know thanks. by the way i just need to make sure cause i do about 3 hours on the highway every week and drive every day. thanks

No your wheel will not come off, wheel bearings can seize, but thats it, it wont fall off and like roll away or anything
