i just found out that they have the rears in both 4 way adjustable and 8 way adjustable, now the question is this..
since they have both.. is the #1 setting on the 4 way equivalent to the #1 setting on the 8 way. and if so would the 4(4way) be equivalent of an 8(8way)? and would the rest on the 8 way have just finer adjustments (2-7) in between 1-4 (on the 4 way)

It's only 8 way in the rear for some cars, and not the CRX. I have the AGX in a CRX. They are 4 way.
