On my 98 lude I have a couple of suspension noises first one is a sort of squish noise that is more noticible when it is colder out. I think that I need new struts, but the car only has 87K.

Other noise comes from the front and it is more noticible when I come to a abrupt stop and is heard when I take off it then makes the noise. Only on the acceleration or just as soon as I let off the brake. Sometimes it is heard a very slow speeds and hitting bumps.

 

its probably just the cold. Does it feel any different? It could be the bushing that sits on top of the springs. Those got messed up on mine. But i had ghetto rigged suspension/

did you install aftermarket bushings

 

no it is all stock

 

not sure but it does happen in cold and hot, just more noticible in the cold

 

Check out your anti roll bar ties (sway bar links) these start to make a clunking popping noise around your mileage. I am just about to do mine once I find if it's front or rear.
