1st gen crv valve seat issues?
lookin to buy a used 1st gen crv, and a buddy mentioned valve seat issues?
any of you guys heard about such a thing?
wouldn't DC's have this same issue, since the cyl head is nearly the same?

Check out hondasuv.com. Some issues with valves being too tight that cause burned seats. Possibly even a TSB on the issue. I don't recall all the details or years involved.

The 99 to 01 have valve issues and there is a TSB on these. It's important on these years to have the valves checked for adjustment. Usually if they're adjusted usually no problems.
