This car is very clean and very reliable, the paint is in ok shape, it has the usual door-dings from careless people but the body is very straight, the car has never been in an accident.
My friend and I did the rebuild and the motor is strong, I bought it from him and in over two years it has never failed to start or drive. It is very reliable and gets over 35mpg (I can drive from Eugene to Seattle on one tank of gas with some to spare).
The car handles very well. The engine has a much lighter flywheel than stock installed so it revs very freely, plus with the Si transmission it pulls pretty hard down low.
I am selling to just do something different. I love this car, but it is time to let it go.
Also, recently cleaned the carpets, reinstalled some of the sound deadening.
Will also come with a D16Y8 SOHC VTEC head and timing belt (never installed)
and a spare CX Transmission, along with some random parts I have yet to install.
