Default polishED wheels in the winter

i just got some EX wheels and i wanted to polish them, will they last if i polish em in the winter, or should i wait till the summer?

Personally I would just wait till summer since you're from jersey unless your the type that washes his car weekly even in the winter. But if you do polish them this winter it would be a good idea to clearcoat them otherwise the salt will eat away at the bare aluminum.

clear them and keep a good coat of wax on them.

be aware that salt and sand will eat away at the clear coat...i would polish them now so that you won't have to spend more time on them in the summer
