I remember seeing someone relocating the abs modulator to make the JDM oem HID's headlights to fit, anyone have the info to that or any other suggestions to make it work? For those of you who have 94-97 integras, what did you do to make them fit? thanks!

The OEM HID headlights are what causes the issue. The ABS was redesigned in '98 to accommodate the ballast on the JDM HID headlights. If you try to put them in a 94-97 car you'll have fitment issues.

 

I already know it's going to be a fitmit issue, what I'm asking is for a solution. I've seen people relocate the abs modulator, does anyone have documents regarding that? thanks.

what if you are using a non oem hid kit.

do a ABS delete , that's what i did on my db8, cost about near to nothing too. Used oem brakelines from a eg and had to bend a little and cut off a fitting to replace it with the integra fitting at the master cyclinder.

 

This is pretty funny. Gotta give it to him though, he is persistant. Most of us would have either long ago found a solution or given up.

I just did this, and I just moved my ABS Pump over a little. Just unbolt it and used some strength.

 

After three years the guy comes back and bumps his thread.
