UKDM car stereo in USDM application?

UKDM car stereo in USDM application?
Sony UK has a particular car stereo that I'm interested in.
It's the CDX-GT410U.
The USDM equivalent is the CDX-GT610Ui.
What I like about the 410U is that the buttons can be changed to red or green lighting. The 610Ui is blue and cannot be changed. The 410U would match my interior and stock interior instrument lighting.
How are radio frequencies setup in the UK? Would a UK stereo be able to capture all US AM/FM radio frequencies?
