Default JRSC tuning

i brought my JRSC to get put in and they said at the shop that they tuned the JRSC with their computer with the JR software.

If i bring the car to go get it crome tuned for example at another shop, what exactly do they do differently and what is being done? i get the basic idea of fuel management and some stuff but am hazy in many areas. new to supercharging.

once i get header intake and exaust should i just take it back to the shop where i got it put on or go somewhere else to get it crome, hondata tuned, ect?

thanks for your help

Get the s300 and you won't be sorry. It comes with base maps specifically for the JRSC. You will also need some RC 440cc injectors. With this system you can get it tuned anywhere without the need for any additional hardware or software. You can also make any adjustments or changes yourself with a laptop.

You would need a different pulley. What kit do you have that only uses 4psi?

Contact Jim at Motorvations for an alternator stepper pulley (205) 661-3600. It will increase your boost to about 7-8 psi. You can also swap out the Blower pulley itself for a 3.8 inch one. This is harder to do and you dont' want to go smaller than that as you will have more belt slip. The final thing you can do is to put on a CRV crank pulley. Do not use aftermarket pulleys that are solid as they have no harmonic dampening and will dammage your bearings and possibly oil pump.

use a smaller pulley on the supercharger and a cheap way is to use a crv pulley on the crank to up the boost.
