PR3-4 is this a type-R head?
is this green paint on the back of the head or on the side?
pic will help a lot
yes, the tranny checks with a jh4 lsd, and the block has the b18c5.
is there any other visual way to check for a type R head?

There is no bumping in this forums and please use the search function and go through the archives. This has been asked many times and there are plenty of threads already, I just tried searching to see what I would come up with.
Here is something to start you off with. The answer is in there and if you can't find it in the thread I linked, give the search function a try.
