Accord LXI HB 89 2.0i-12V idle bouncing problem
Well, i have Honda Accord LXi HB -89 2.0i-12V and i have encoutered very very frustrating problem. Problem is idle bouncing 1000rpm to 3000rpm and back all the time. It's probably caused by idle motor (or whatever it is...) picture below:

When i unplug that connector, idle get normalised and when i plug it in back, it starts bouncing idle.
Here's also the video for that problem: (it's in finnish but you can hear the engine noises)

I have already cleaned the idle motor which is pictured above, but it won't still work. So i need desperately advices... i really need because i think that car model which i own is only one in finland.
Sorry my bad english.....

there was a write-up/topic of how to eliminate the idle.. but hondadude didnt recommend it.

well i really need to know how i eliminate the idle... i can't even drive because idle bouncing all the time... should i simply keep it unplugged and set idle speed manual.
Even though you have cleaned it, it could still be the IDLE AIR CONTROL VALVE that you have shown, especially since the problem stops when you unplug it. You can usually buy used ones from eBay or get one from a salvage yard.
Other possibilities:
air and/or vacuum leak (a hose off)
throttle position sensor
MAP sensor
Do a search on UP AND DOWN IDLE on http://www.honda-acura.net -- it may help you.
Good luck!

well FIRST OFF ! ! ! What I didn't recommend in that post was turning down the FITV [fast idle valve] adjustment to where you lose 'fast idle', when the engine is cold.
For this poster I'd say to be sure the block is full of coolant and air burped out thru the 12mm bleed screw at the T-stat housing.
Then open the top of the Fast Idle Valve,[link below] and as the engine warms up listen for the air bypassing.

When you start getting temp on the guage turn down the "split" screw till air bypassing stops.
The idle should then smooth out.
