Default Car wont start! Help......

My 95 Integra GSR will not start. When i turn the key it doesnt even try to start. I already checked the battery which is fine. I have checked and cleaned the battery terminals and the ground connections to the engine and the connections to the starter. I actually replaced the starter with a spare i have and still nothing. Any ideas?

did you check the ignition fuse in the under-the-hood electrical box? do your accessories power on? could possibly be an ignition switch as well...

How did you check the battery? Did you try jumping it? Sometimes the battery will be "dead" but still have enough juice to power accessories but not enough for the starter. Other then that, get a volt meter and check the fuse for power, then check the relay and so on until you find the problem.

I took the battery to AutoZone and they tested it for me. I also tried jumping it and still the same thing. I swear its a wire or a fuse somewhere i am missing......ugh!!!

UPDATE - FIXED!

Well after trying everything i started back at square one.....the power and ground. Ended up attaching a new ground to a new bracket and now it works. Seems as though the bracket that the main ground was attached to had corroded between it and the engine. Something new i havent seen before.....
