d16z6 engine build?

i have a d16z6 in my ef right now but would like to build one with upgraded internals...this would be my first engine build..wondering if anyone had a write-up or a thread to show me step by step on how to assemble one ...thank you

A Helms manual is probably about as close as you're going to get to a step by step unless you have somebody who's done it before watching you and telling you what to do.
What are you upgrading the internals for? Boost break resistance? Naturally aspirated power?

my guess is probably for force induction
