Default FINALLY!

I finally got my Neuspeed Front upper strut bar, and progress rear sway adapter kit in.

Hopefully the neuspeed will be going in tomorrow, and then this weekend im gunna try to install the progress rear sway adapter kit + DC5 rear sway. The instructions look like CRAP, i am very dissappointed in progress for maknig such vauge, black and white instructions.

Anyway, ill let u guys know, and hopefully ill make a DIY for the progress rear sway adapter kit.

GRRRR... I HATE PROGRESS.

Looking through the instructions of the "rear sway adapter kit" I found out 2 things,

1) I now have to buy the rear lower tie bar, as it has the mounting points for the rear sway. I figured they would send a paper cutout to mockup the mounting locations, but of course not.

2) I might have to get the progress rear sway now, to use the bolts and instructions from that to mount my sway.

VEry F'ing annoying, just making people buy the whole package, even tho i dont want it.

rear sway bar helps minimize body roll and create less understeer... this is probably one of the best mods to your suspension besides coilovers, and yes I do feel a difference, not really major but a good amount of change.

I cant just swap the bar, because my car didnt come with a OEM sway bar.

Therefore i bought an adapter kit, but i cant use the adapter without the progress rear sway ( because it comes with a plate that aligns the holes that need to be drilled) i dont need the tie bar, i was mistaken, but i do have to sell my OEM rear way, and get the progress rear sway.

Speaking of which, it's a direct swap for the rear sways for a Civic EX and a DC5 right? Because I might want that sway bar, about how much would you let it go for?

Yes the DC5 rear sway is a direct swap for 02+ LX's and 01+ EX's ( canadian Si).

I would rather not ship it, as it's a lot of hassle, and I can probably get more for it here in CAnada.

Just installed the neuspeed front upper strut, and it was SUPER easy thanks to Miricle's DIY. Took me about 7 minutes, and i spend 2 of those minutes looking for silicone

i'm guessing by oem you mean, the rsx 19mm? the only difference between the bars is the diameter. you shouldn't need to buy progress bar, but i dont know, i have an EX

1) I have to sell my DC5 rear sway, because it wont work with my progress adapter kit. IT IS NOT A BOLT IN FOR ME, because my car did not come with a rear sway bar. I needed the progress adapter kit, which only works with the progress rear sway bar.

2)I haven't been able to really test the neuspeed front strut bar yet, we just got snow last nite, and where i live the roads havent been plowed yet, so i cant really take it around any good corners.

i already did the rear sway bar for my four door lx 01, which i assume is the same as urs with no rear sway. even though i did use progress rear sway + adapter kit,
after putting it in, i found out that it is not required to use the progress sway because all you need is a template to drill the holes. and if you have a friend with a em with rear sway, then you can use the measurement from that to make your own templates.
and i don't see a need for a rear tie bar if you using anything smaller than 19mm because even the progress rear tie bar is ther only because there had been claims that anything over 19mm would crack the mounting points.
