10w-30 over flat 30w oils
I have a 1999 civic si with a gsr swap with about 10k miles on it.. I want to use royal purple.. should i use flat weight or mix? I live in FL

Well, there's nothing wrong with using Royal Purple. It's good stuff. More than I would pay to put in my motor (stock B18B1) .... but nothing wrong, per say.
