Default Fast blinker

I just got my Lude and it has what seem to be JDM headlights. They have the Stanley stamp on them and the bumper lenses are Depos. However, my blinkers blink really fast and so I bought all new bulbs for everything. The bumper lenses don't have the correct plugs for the bulbs I bought from Honda. WTF?! Is there a reason why they are different?

Eh? JDM headlights should have no bearing on your 4 peice corner lights, or the corner lights themselves they're the same. Only the high/low beam bulbs are different.

Just go to the auto parts store and get bulbs that will fit in your connectors...

That's the thing. One side has one of the connectors for the far side and neither have the connectors for the bumper light that faces straight.

My car has the same problem but I kinda like it. It happened when I put my body kit on. I put the lights for my turn signals into my corner lights and they all started blinking fast. I have no answer to the problem I just thought I would throw in my 2 cents.

If you bought the COMPLETE JDM front end I believe that the 4pc lights on the USDM are only 2pc on the JDM. Well not 2pc, but JDM turn signals only have one bulb in them, used for turning. Unlike the USDM ludes their headlights are used are daytime running lights so they don't need to have the 4pc lights on at all times only when turning. So I think they only use one bulb per side in JDM land. Maybe someone can correct me if i'm wrong...

this probably has to do with the bulbs being the wrong wattage for the circuit that blinks the lights, the same thing happens when you break one of your blinkers, they start blinking faster. go find out what wattage the stock bulbs are then measure the wattage of the old bulbs that came with it, i'd bet the ones that were in there, the ones that are blinking faster, are brighter than stock bulbs to.

but you said that the aftermarket lights had the wrong plugs for the stock bulbs you bought. how did you fit them if they are the wrong type socket?

Correct

The jdm bumper lights have a hole for the bulbs on the lights more toward the front of the car...the ones on the outside don't use bulbs, I made those harnesses power the sidemarkers
