Default Car running like **** / Oil on spark plugs

Allright guys I've got some problems. I recently put an ls motor into and integra shell and it runs like poop (bogging down low up high no acceleration. that kinda stuff). The motor was purchased from someone I trust and was said to be running fine in the car it was taken out of...who know though right. So I pull the plugs. Cylinder one is a mess. Plug wire has what appears to be burnt oil on it and the walls of the tube are the same. Once the plug was removed I realized it was drenched in oil maybe cas who the expletive knows either way it looked nasty. Its throwing a code 10 which im pretty sure is IAT which was missing however has been replaced and yet the code persists (maybe I just need to reset the ecu...you tell me.) Before you ask the car does not smoke to my knowlege. Now the question is what is the most likely problem. I doubt the iat is causing it to run the way it is...so does that mean that it runs like poop because theres oil all over the plug? Would fixing one solve the other? What do I do guys? I need some help on this one.

Oh yeah and I forgot to mention the shell sat around for a while so could it be running like poopy because of the old gas in the tank? This has happened to my buddy once before but in his case he just had some intermitent hesitation problems. Man that one took forever for us to diagnose. we pumped blackgas out of the top of the tank even after we thought we had drained the entire tank.

HELP

FWIW, I had oil on my plugs and it was due to the o-ring gaskets under the valve cover not being replaced correctly.

It didn't make me throw a code or make any noticeable difference in the performance of my car though.

Was the oil on the electrode part of the plug or on the part that the plug wire boot connects to? The IAT that was put on, was it a known good part? If not try swapin with a buddies car and see what happens. If the IAT was good then the code may go away after several key cycles, if not it will have to be reset.

sounds like the o-rings, i had the same problem on my old car, but it didnt make my car run any different, then they all of a sudden stopped leaking. it was weird.
