im getting very frustrated and i am ready to say *uck it and give up ...

ok. the integras have the stupid latch that the seats hook into when they are in the up right position. you have the little pin that you pull up that raises the latch so you can fold down the seat or take them out etc.

WELL....i am removing mine and putting in gsr leather from a previous car and come to find out the "pin" that you pull up to un-latch the seat is broken..wtf...so the question i have is how the hell do you get the seat out now if the pin is broken/messed up?..please help im ready to get the grinder out and cut the damn latch

 

not sure how far down it is broken off, but maybe you could get a screw in there somehow to hook onto the pin or whatever is left of it down in there and pull it up?

 

....i really cant tell if its broken...it just pulls completely out...the pin does not look broken...it looks like it just came out or something i dont know

 

i'm not sure what it looks like in there, but maybe you could get a small hook inside there then and hook onto whatever the pin is supposed to catch on?
