Default new civic lol

by the end of the week i plan on having either A.) my old hatch with a blown motor or B.) a hatch that runs

i have no clue wich one yet.

but i have a question,

i wanna put in a new D motor no matter wich one i get.

i know a reallly good junkyard so i can optain usdm motors easily so i was wondering if i do a d16z6 swap will it be hard to keep the tranny i have or will i have to convert to hydro tranny?

i could get a zc but i would have to spend more and wait longer but that isnt all that much of a problem

another option is i came across a DA for 900 does it have everything necessary to do the ls swap??(as it can i use those that came with the car or do i have to buy like hasport ones?)

With the z6 you can run a the cable tranny no problems i would not recommend it if your not using a si tranny but all of them is possible. For the ZC is all the same just drop in a do mpfi and your done. The LS if you have donor car i would say go ahead a do that because the only thing you need is mounts and mpfi and its ready to go but alittle more work.
