well i purchased a zex kit and i guess the person who had it before me didnt have a honda because one of the barbs was changed to a screw in steel braded line. so i need to buy a new barb for the fuel line. does anyone know what size i need and where to get one? i need to know the size of the threaded side and the barb side so i can order one. thanks

dont have a digital camera. i was just wondering where i could get a replacement fitting for my zex kit and what size the fitting is. the fitting i need is the one in the picture under the words intake. its the picture under the full nitrous kit picture.

its blurry... but isnt it just a hose barb? that fitting just goes to the intake manifold with a piece of rubber hose.

ok. when i bought my zex kit it came with this fitting on the left in the intake hole of the zex brain.as you can see it is not the original barb fitting it came with.

the person who owned the kit before me must not have had a honda because when you install this kit on a honda there is supposed to be a barbed fitting like the one in the regulator hole, in the intake hole. so to install this kit i need to get the fitting that is like the one in the regulator hole for this intake hole.

yeah i just need a barb just like the other one in the pic. but i dont know what size it is.the barb size is 1/8. but i dont know what size the threaded side is that goes into the hole in the zex brain under the word "INTAKE"

 

looks like you need a 1/8 NPT hose barb which you can get at hardware stores, autozone etc. i have 3 of them sitting on my desk next to my keyboard, its a common size used on wastegates, turbos, gauges, etc...
