When I baught a set of tires I got 40 bucks off coupon.... its somewhere on this site if its still valid. nsxtacy told me about it

 

The $40 rebate was a manufacturer's rebate from Kumho for their brand of tires only, and it expired a week ago.

AFAIK there is no referral code and no h-t.com discount when ordering from the Tire Rack. I've also found that the Tire Rack usually has the lowest prices anyway, although it's always worth checking Discount Tire Direct and anyplace else you like. Make sure to compare your total cost, taking into account not just the purchase price of the tires, but also shipping (most internet places charge for it, DTD is free, and in-store purchases don't charge), sales tax (most internet places don't charge for it, but in-store purchases do), and mounting/balancing (it's sometimes free for in-store purchases, whereas you have to pay if you get tires shipped from an internet place - figure $10-20/tire).

EuN_TeK is lucky; he lives right near the Tire Rack's headquarters in Indiana, so he can avoid shipping charges, just go there and get them mounted/balanced there too!
